The Future of Real Estate Summit (FORES) is a three-day event bringing together the real estate ecosystem for immersive content, strategic networking, and hands-on training. FORES26 combines cutting-edge AI demonstrations with comprehensive product training across Qualia's suite of products, including Resware and AI Innovation tracks. The summit brings together title and escrow companies, attorneys, lenders, underwriters, and technology innovators to explore how AI is transforming industries today—not in some distant future. Through collaborative roundtables, visionary keynotes, and interactive workshops, attendees gain practical insights while mastering the tools reshaping their daily operations.

FORES26 will take place at the JW Marriott Austin, located in the heart of downtown Austin with stunning views of the city and convenient access to Austin's vibrant culture and dining scene.

FORES26 passes range from $749-$1195 depending on when you register:

• Launch Special: $749 (November 5-28, 2025)
• Early Bird: $949 (December 1, 2025 - February 16, 2026)
• Standard Registration: $1195 (February 16 - April 15, 2026 or until sold out)

The Future of Real Estate Summit accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. Payment must accompany your registration. Registrations without payment will not be processed.

Cancellation requests received in writing before February 26, 2026 are eligible for a full refund of the registration fees, less a $100 processing fee. Cancellation requests received in writing between February 27 - March 29, 2026 will be eligible for a 50% refund, less a $100 processing fee. Refunds will be processed within 30 days after the event. Refunds will not be granted for any cancellation submitted after March 30, 2026, nor will they be issued for no-shows. Qualia may permit substitutions in the event a registrant cannot attend. Requests to substitute an attendee must be submitted to events@qualia.com no later than April 13, 2026. Please notify Qualia of any cancellations by emailing events@qualia.com. Registration fees are otherwise non-refundable and Qualia will not be required to reimburse you for any travel expenses, cancellation charges, or other losses associated with any cancellation of the event.

The Success Bar provides dedicated support from Qualia's team throughout the event. Whether you have product questions, need technical assistance, or want to explore advanced features, our experts are available to help you maximize your Qualia Core or Resware experience.

Yes! Networking is a key component of FORES26. You'll have opportunities to connect during roundtable sessions, dedicated networking receptions, meals, and informal gatherings throughout all three days.

Business casual attire is recommended for all three days. Layers are suggested as meeting rooms can vary in temperature. Comfortable shoes are encouraged for networking and moving between sessions.

Your registration includes breakfast, lunch, snacks, and beverages on all three days, plus evening receptions with food and drinks.

Yes, the deadline to book in the Future of Real Estate Summit room block is April 5, 2026 (or until the block is sold out). Reservations requested after this date will be accepted if space is available at the current selling rate. Space is limited—reserve early to guarantee the group rate.

Austin-Bergstrom International Airport is approximately 20 minutes (8 miles) from the JW Marriott Austin. Taxis and rideshare options are available at the airport for transportation to downtown Austin.
